The Rimon Music Experience in Israel - Auditions in the USA



The Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music and MASA Israel in conjunction with The Israel Experience are pound to announce about the audition tour for young adults Jewish musicians who are interested in studying music at Rimon at the school year of 2011-2012 with the MASA-Rimon Program for Overseas Students.

The auditions will take place in New York and Boston between the 12th and 19th of December 2010 and are designated prospective students who are interested in jazz, rock, popular music, song writing, music production, composition, film scoring and sound engineering at the prestigious Rimon School which is considered to be the largest and leading music school in Israel with its 600 students and 105 faculty members.

Applicants accepted to the program will benefit professional studies in their field of interest, scholarships, Hebrew studies, integration and acquaintance with the Israeli way of life and the option to continue their studies towards a degree in music at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, within 2 years only enabled by the special two-way Articulation Agreement between Rimon and Berklee.

The auditions are open for students of all levels (begginers, intermediate and advanced) in the age range of 18-30 years old.

The auditions include an Interview, ensemble rating audition and a wrriten theory exam
